We have an exciting new opportunity to join our busy Operations and Communications Team.

The Operations and Communications Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our team, clients, and external stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you will facilitate the flow of information and help JOIC deliver high levels of service.

What will your day look like? Well, we should first emphasise that no two days are the same in this role. However, in a typical day you may do a range of tasks from organising meetings and travel, to planning events, handling calls and answering queries, setting up rooms and making sure resources are available, assisting colleagues and carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.

We're seeking someone who is organised, proactive and thrives in a busy environment. Your keen attention to detail will be key to this role and there will be daily opportunities to support colleagues and clients and demonstrate your excellent communication skills. You'll need to be a master multitasker, keeping track of numerous tasks and deadlines whilst maintaining a positive approach to others. Previous experience in administration and a passion for delivering great customer service will be highly valued.
