Let's Go DPO - Let's Talk Enforcement

This Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (JOIC) is an essential pillar to maintaining Jersey’s position as a well-regulated, safe place to do business, and is of fundamental importance to Jersey’s economy, recognising that alongside its traditional agricultural and tourism industries, Jersey is also a globally recognised international finance centre. In addition, maintaining the social wellbeing of Jersey’s citizens by ensuring that individuals’ privacy is regarded as a fundamental human right is core to the JOIC’s focus.

Want to know more about our mandate? Or our regulatory and enforcement philosophy? Plus our thoughts on regulating for outcomes, the range of regulatory tools available and how and when they are used?

Join the JOIC’s Operations Director Anne King and Compliance and Enforcement Manager Stephanie MacNeill for this Let’s Go DPO session as they outline our Regulatory Action and Enforcement Policy and philosophy, followed by a Question and Answer session.
