The Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner has issued an invitation to tender for the external audit of the financial statements of the Jersey Data Protection Authority.
The tender will cover the financial years from 31 December 2024 to 31 December 2026, with an option to extend to 31 December 2028.
The Jersey Data Protection Authority was incorporated in Jersey under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 on 25 May 2018 and operates under the name of the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner.
Organisations wishing to submit their interest are asked to contact the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner Finance Department at the following email address finance@jerseyoic.org.
Tenders should be submitted no later than 12:00 on 13 September 2024.
