Are you are interested in helping shape the future of responsible AI adoption in HR? If so, we would be delighted to hear from you!
We are looking for individuals from a broad range of Human Resources professions to become part of our AI and Data Protection Working Group.
You do not need to be an AI expert to join the group as we are keen to hear diverse perspectives and from real life experiences. We recognise everybody is busy and we will plan involvement empathetically.
The advent and availability of AI technologies are transforming HR processes, with AI tools now available for recruitment, performance and absence management, learning and development, and employee engagement analysis.
While these technologies offer significant opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and decision-making, the use of AI in employment-related decisions also comes with inherent privacy risks.
By joining our working group, you can help explore both the opportunities and challenges presented by AI, sharing your expertise and lived experience by helping co-create practical data protection checklists and contributing to guidance supporting the responsible deployment of AI throughout Human Resources in Jersey. Your involvement will help enhance the responsible adoption of AI throughout your profession, support Jersey’s reputation as a safe place to do business and protect our community.
We welcome applications of interest from individuals with experience working in the areas of: Human Resources, People Operations, Organisational Development, Legal, Privacy/Data Protection, Information Security, Information/Digital Technology, Risk and Compliance, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Employee or Union Representatives.
Register your interest! Are you interested in helping support us in the responsible deployment of AI throughout Human Resources in Jersey? If yes, Email: events@jerseyoic.org by close of business on Friday 24 July 2026 and tell us which area(s) you represent and whether you are currently using AI.
