Data Protection Registrations

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RENEWING YOUR REGISTRATION

We launched a new website on 16 December 2025. If you are logging into the registration portal for the first time since, you will be required to create a ‘NEW’ account using the user profile email address you have previously logged in with, in order to access to your current registration.

Please follow these steps:

  1. On this page, under Manage Registration(s), click on 'Log in'.
  2. Log in using your existing user profile email address (if you are unsure what email address this is, please contact us).
  3. You will be sent a one-time passcode to that email address (please check your junk/spam folder).
  4. Enter the one-time passcode you receive, ensuring it is the latest one you have received.
  5. Following this, a message will be returned stating 'We can’t find your account, do you want to create a new account with [email address] now?'
  6. You must click on ‘Create account’ which should pre-populate some of the required information fields as it will recognise your email address.
  7. Confirm you are human and press submit.
  8. This will log you into the registration portal page where you will see existing linked registration(s) ready to be renewed.

If you cannot see the registration you wish to renew after creating a user account as detailed above, please call us on 716530 or email enquiries@jerseyoic.org and we will assist you in accessing the registration.
