The Data Protection Authority (Jersey) Law 2018 requires organisations established in Jersey, who are processing (using) personal data, to register with us. The main purposes of registration are compliance, transparency, and openness.

Manage Registration(s) allows you to log in to the registration portal and:

1. create a new registration,
2. renew an existing registration,
3. access/update your registration details, or
4. manage administered registrations.

Our Registry is a public register where you can check if an individual/organisation is registered for using personal data, and you can let us know, anonymously, if you do not believe they are registered.
